Airtel Black: Where Tickets Disappear and Bills Multiply

"And to top it off, those motherfuckers are charging me for the entire month."
Our brave complainant, an Airtel Black veteran since 2024, has been locked in a deathmatch with their wifi service since March 2026. Daily calls to support yield nothing but hollow promises of 'resolution by tomorrow'. The saga began on March 23rd, when a ticket was opened, only to be unceremoniously slammed shut by Airtel, without consent or resolution. Not to be outdone by their own incompetence, Airtel then charged our customer for a full month of non-existent service. A new ticket on April 16th changed nothing, and despite enduring torturous hold music, support insists the charges are permanent. Frustrated, they've now taken their grievances to TRAI, hoping for justice against this black hole of customer service.

Evidence on Record

Specific dates (March 23rd, April 16th) provided for ticket creation and closure, mention of multiple tickets and an escalation to TRAI.
